Zack and Dylan did everything they could to help me and my buddy that was with me.. Love the service they could provide although I think there limited to what they could do compared to corporate offices which they shouldn't have to turn costumers down just cause they don't have the tech support
I went in to the store because my daughters cell phone was not making phone calls. The rep was great. He went through every option to fix the phone and then used customer service to go through more options, eventually returned service to the phone. He was very patient and thorough with his explanations. We are looking forward to upgrading through him when the time comes!
Worst retail store ever!!! They gave me a runaround on my refund...(they owe me 65$) WHAT STORE DOESNT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO GIVE A CUSTOMER THEIR MONEY BACK...NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAD TO GET CORP INVOLVED!!! WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT FOR VERIZON!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN, I WILL GLADLY DRIVE OUT OF TOWN FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Helpful in setting me up for bringing my own device to Verizon, but charged me $10 for a SIM card on top of the $30 activation fee (at the very end when everything was completed) when the SIM card is free at a corporate store. I should have disputed since it was not disclosed. It seem like the best thing to do is always go to a corporate store with any carrier.
