I checked out cars at a couple other places before stopping at Matt Saxe; those experiences were... less than satisfactory. After a frustrating morning, I parked at Matt Saxe Chevrolet Buick, and Melissa came out to greet me. She seemed genuinely happy to offer her help, which was refreshing. I felt a lot more welcome than I had at the previous places, where I had to seek out help. I was also impressed by her knowledge of the car I test-drove. In comparison, one previous dealership was so large that the fellow helping me knew almost nothing about the cars he showed me. He had a lot of trouble locating them on the lot. At the other place I stopped, the man who accompanied me on test drives knew absolutely nothing about the vehicles, and, at one point, brought out the wrong set of keys. Melissa, on the other hand, answered my questions without hesitation, and then gave me even more info by printing out the Carfax report and the car's service record at the dealership. She even gave me a great recommendation on insurance. (Much appreciated!) Everyone I interacted with at Matt Saxe was very friendly and helpful, and I purchased my car with confidence.

My husband and I drove down to Belle Plaine Saturday to see a used truck we seen online...if, when we first called to get information about the truck, we didn't get Jodi to answer the phone I'm almost positive we wouldn't have made the 45 min. trip down. When Jodi started telling my husband information about the truck she told him she would go out and take a video so he could see everything she had told him. After talking to her for a short time he knew he'd have to go down and check it out...so early Saturday morning we came down, took a test run and check out everything and we were driving our new (used) truck home.Everyone we dealt with was so helpful, kind and answered all our questions. I have now purchased 5 cars from this dealership in about 7 years. The sales staff is top notch. Greg will make sure that the deal is done right. Justin is also amazing at making sure things are done right. They always seem to be training the staff and making sure you are taken care of. This is one of the only dealerships I have ever dealt with where the owner is actually on staff and out and about helping customers as well. You will not be disappointed with the service you will get from the sales staff. If they do not have the vehicle your looking for. They will find it. The stuff that this dealership does to support the city and the school systems can not go unmentioned. Thank you for all you guys do and keep up the great work.
