I located Gullywash Gardens after doing a goggle search for flower shops in Belle Plaine, MN. I called the number listed and received the voice mail of a Barb. I left a message and never received a call back, so I drove to their location and found that they are not a flower shop at all. They appear to be a farm that grows a small amount of flowers in their front yard. Disappointed that I was lead on a wild goose chase, because they list their farm as a flower shop when they are not.

Today I bought my 1st stunning bouquet from Gulllywash Gardens...a fall arrangement. I purchased it from the St. PeterCo-op. Love it!!

Gullywash Gardens made the most beautiful arrangements of locally grown flowers for our outdoor wedding in July 2017. Their service was fabulous and the flowers were gorgeous. I didn't request a specific type of flower for my bouquet, just a pink/white color scheme of whatever was in bloom. They put together the most beautiful peony arrangement, and now that is my favorite flower. I would highly recommend them.

Gullywash Gardens was recommended to me by a friend for my October 2016 wedding. When I read the information on their website, I was pleased by their growing philosophy as well as the idea of having flowers that were grown in Minnesota. I contacted Barbara and we had our first meeting in person. I appreciated that she was low-key, asked a lot of questions, and wasn't worried that I did not have a favorite flower or particular color in mind. After I gave her my budget, she came up with a plan. I gave her samples of my bridesmaid dress color and yarn I was using to knit shawls for my bridesmaids. Since we met before the growing season started, Barbara was able to plant some flowers specifically for my wedding! More people commented on the bouquets that my bridesmaids and I carried than my dress. The flowers stayed beautiful through our ceremony, and lasted well through the reception once back in water. Also, my mom and I often stopped by the Gullywash booth at the Mankato Farmers' market on Saturdays. Barbara always had an update on the growing flowers and had beautiful bouquets to sell.

Gullywash Gardens is incredibly unique. Many of their flowers are grown on site, and each bouquet and arrangement is custom designed and crafted with care. I've seen many of the bridal bouquets and centerpieces for weddings at Edgewood Farm and they are stunning...you won't find anything like this from a typical floral shop.
